OTO tachihiko (aka UBI Quitous) is a musician, performer, teacher and producer working to bring peace and happiness. OTO connects human beings with the multi-verses through voice, body, thoughts and music. He sings in the ancient Japanese vocal style called Yuri, or Nabiki, traditionally used in Noh, a major form of classical Japanese musical drama that has been performed since the 14th century.
